Digital Marketing Manager

Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of the overall digital marketing strategy

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness

  • Define, plan and develop marketing lead gen content to drive inbound leads

  • Facilitate the development of digital content for Epsilon such as video scripts, webinars, bite-size content

  • Work closely with demand generation specialist to implement digital marketing activities across the broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Website)

  • Manage and maintain the company’s owned media (social media, website)

  • Managing the group content and marketing strategy, roadmap and lifecycle from internal resources, teams, capabilities and vendors from ideation to rapid concept prototyping

  • Rapidly experiment and iterate to increase conversion and content consumption

  • Identify new types of content types/channels based on user research, jobseeker and employer behaviour, and market trends

  • Optimising the content and marketing tactics using data analytics and user feedback

  • Refining customer experience for new capabilities in partnership with 3rd-party solution providers, marketing, and other key stakeholders.

  • Produce various marketing assets which communicate our service journey narrative to Singapore

  • Manage inbound leads tracking and conversion end-to-end

  • Measure and reporting campaign effectiveness

  • Facilitate all monthly newsletters and EDMs

  • Managing external marketplace and supplier’s listings

  • Spearheading third party content syndication marketing efforts

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field / Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication

  • Good knowledge of marketing B2B digital marketing platforms

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a content and/or marketing manager for B2B products

  • Expert knowledge in the latest digital and social media technology and channels and how-to best leverage for marketing programs as part of an overall social business strategy

  • Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential

  • Proficient / Strong working knowledge of HTML, wordpress, facebook, youtube, linkedin, twitter, google etc

  • Highly motivated, quick learner, self-starter

  • Hands on experience with inbound marketing systems and familiarity with marketing automation practice

  • Mastery in digital channel and tactics eg SEO, programmatic, social media, email marketing, marketing automation, digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics

  • Expert knowledge in using Pardot marketing automation & SalesForce

  • Account-based marketing a plus

  • Excellent writing and strong creatives

  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills

  • A great collaborator, with a positive outlook and attitude
