Epsilon Telecommunications was founded in early 2003 in London. In 2009, Epsilon moved its headquarters to Singapore and incorporated the group holding, Epsilon Global Communications. The company has been acquired by KT Corporation (KT), South Korea’s largest telecommunications company, in 2021. Epsilon is located in Singapore, the United Kingdom and Bulgaria.
KT is the No. 1 telecom operator in South Korea, providing comprehensive services including mobile, fixed broadband, media content, data centres, and AI/Big Data/Cloud services. It has 13 hyperscale data centres in South Korea and 28 points of presence (Data and IP PoPs) in 12 countries globally as well as two international data centres backed by 20+ Tbps of capacity over eight international subsea cable systems.
KT is listed on the NYSE and Korean Stock Exchanges with a credit rating of “A”. It has 50 subsidiaries, which generated annual revenue of USD 22 billion in 2020 with 57 million service users and 58,000 employees.
