Dear Valued Customers,
We will be integrating our current operational team (CSC) with customer project management, provisioning and service management teams to form a new Customer Services team. There will be no change in terms of how you engage and communicate with our service teams. The Customer Services team will be providing a consistent 24/7 customer experience as well as enhancing and broadening our operational and service capabilities.
