1. What is Cellular Access?

Cellular Access refers to the use of cellular networks to provide Internet connectivity and communication solutions for businesses. This approach leverages cellular technologies such as 4G and 5G to offer high-speed, reliable, and scalable connectivity for a variety of business needs.

2. What bandwidth is available?

Depending on mobile network coverage and the type of coverage Gigabit-level bandwidth is possible: 

  • 4G: Provides adequate speed for most business applications including email, web browsing, and cloud services, with download speeds typically ranging from 5 to 40 Mbps. 
  • 4G Category 18: Can deliver bandwidth of up to 1Gbps. 
  • 5G: Offers significantly higher speeds (potentially up to 10 Gbps), lower latency, and greater capacity, making it suitable for data-intensive applications like video conferencing, large file transfers, and IoT (Internet of Things) deployment. 

3. How can we deliver the best coverage?

By using a mobile router which is connected by Ethernet and powered over Ethernet, it can be positioned up to 100M cable length from the device that is connected to the mobile wireless network. Indoor and outdoor versions of the router are available to provide the best possible coverage.

4. What is the minimum term commitment and pricing structure for the Cellular Access service?

The minimum term commitment for our Cellular Service is 12 months. Additionally, our pricing is structured on a subscription-based model, offering flexibility and scalability to meet your specific needs. 

5. Can the selection of Cellular router equipment be tailored to the needs of my business?

Yes, the model of the equipment is dependent on your specific use case and bandwidth requirements. We source equipment from established vendors, including but not limited to Cradlepoint and Peplink. We will work closely with you to ensure that the provided equipment aligns perfectly with your business needs.
