I’m Damon Lee, the new CEO of Epsilon Telecommunications. I’m thrilled to be leading a remarkable company with 20 years of expertise in the telecommunication industry.

During my tenure at KT Corp, I held various strategic positions, including network planning, R&D and business development for B2B customers. With over 27 years of experience in the ICT industry, I’m confident in leading Epsilon to new heights of growth and success.

The passion, commitment to providing the best services, and exceptional skills of all the employees at Epsilon are truly inspiring.

In addition, the assets and network infrastructure at Epsilon are significant, and that explains why we have been able to empower hundreds of global customers to “Interconnect the World” for the past 20 years.

Our agility, evident through our people, products and services, has positioned Epsilon as a global telecommunications leader.

I would like to thank our customers, partners and employees for their contributions and ongoing support. We will continue to listen and develop solutions to overcome customer challenges with next-generation networking solutions.

2024 will see another wave of growth and development for Epsilon, as we innovate and expand our services to benefit the entire ecosystem.

2023 Milestones


Listed below are some of the milestones that Epsilon experienced in 2023, making a substantial impact on both our business and customers alike:

  • Further Collaboration with KT

Epsilon and KT Corp continued to align and collaborate to serve growing demands in South Korea and across the globe. A dedicated Korean-speaking team was developed at Epsilon, making it easy and seamless to do business together. In the process, a number of key deals were won across industry verticals including manufacturing, government sectors, financial services, and more.

  • Enhancing NaaS Platform Infiny

The suite of services available via Epsilon’s Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform Infiny was expanded so that customers could conveniently review all services offered by Epsilon from a single intuitive portal. This includes a mixture of services provisioned on-demand by customers, as well as services which require additional support from our team.

In addition, the UI/UX was revised, and a series of ‘how-to’ user guide videos were introduced. This improves Infiny’s self-service capabilities and enables a more intuitive and streamlined end-to-end buying journey for our customers.

  • Product Launches & Network Expansion

2023 saw a range of new product launches to address the evolving needs of our customers. A comprehensive range of connectivity services were provided via Epsilon’s three PoPs in Korea, helping more customers to do business in one of the most digitally advanced countries in the world. This enables customers to gain seamless access into and out of Korea. Additionally, Epsilon’s Global Access and Data services were enhanced, and multiple services launched such as Managed Customer Premises Equipment (CPE), Microsoft Azure Peering Service (MAPS) and Microsoft Teams Direct Routing to meet growing demands.

Epsilon’s global footprint was strengthened across 30 countries and 54 cities, increasing the density of our network. Cloud and Internet Exchange (IX) on-ramp locations were also added in more than 130 and 140 locations respectively, providing on-demand connectivity in new regions.

  • Boosting Internal Efficiencies

Internally, Epsilon’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system was revamped to improve financial management and better align it with other platforms across the organisation, including eStream and Salesforce.

Sales, Marketing, Product and Technical Teams were also more closely aligned to develop and evolve solutions that meet customers’ demands. At the same time, internal processes were enhanced to improve customer experiences and foster the collective growth of our business.

  • Industry & Customer Recognition

Epsilon was proudly recognised in multiple industry awards throughout the year, taking home the Frost & Sullivan Company of the Year Award in the Global Data Centre Connectivity Industry, Cloud Initiative of the Year at the Asian Telecom Awards, the Global Cloud Award at the Datacloud Global Awards, and more. It was the collective effort of Epsilon’s employees, customers and partners that helped to make this possible.

Customers also recognised Epsilon’s continued dedication to customer satisfaction with a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 50, which goes beyond industry standards. This reflects Epsilon’s ongoing commitment to enhancing customers’ journeys end-to-end and building trust along the way.

Our Focus Areas Moving Forward


As CEO, I will be focusing on three key strategies to elevate our growth in the near future:

  • Extend Our Global Reach

Epsilon already has a substantial global network footprint, and we will continue to meet the increasing global connectivity demands due to the widespread adoption of clouds. It is also important that we continue to invest heavily in our infrastructure and expand our ecosystem of partners. This will further improve our geographic coverage, enabling us to deliver cost-effective and high bandwidth connectivity, promptly and on demand.

  • Grow Stronger with KT

Our work with KT is continually evolving, and we will strengthen this collaboration even further to benefit our customers. We will work closely with KT and enable them to grow their international customer relationships with our global networking solutions. Additionally, our customers will be able to gain seamless access to KT’s telecommunication ecosystem in South Korea, as well as KT’s presence worldwide.

  • Evolve with Customer-Centricity

Besides strengthening our relationships with carrier customers, we will also expand our focus on enterprise customers, providing end-to-end services, overlaying with SD-WAN and SASE on our network services. As a customer-centric company, we will continue to focus on our customers’ requirements, evolving our approach based on developing strong customer relationships, providing strategic consultancy, and enhancing our award-winning NaaS platform Infiny.

Our overarching goal is to deliver an excellent customer experience for both our customers and partners.

The following motto resonates deeply with me: “Be inspired by the possibilities, rather than confined by limitations”. This ethos has shaped my belief that all employees should be innovative and willing to explore new ideas.

As a leader, I encourage an open, transparent and collaborative work environment. Three key aspects are particularly important to me as a CEO: maintaining a clear vision for the company, fostering open communication for employees’ feedback, and providing strong motivation to keep everyone inspired.
