Job Scope

Epsilon is a global telecommunications business providing network, colocation and voice services. The priority of the business is grow profitable revenues across all revenue lines. Epsilon was acquired by South Korean telecommunications company KT Corp. and Daishin Private Equity in September 2021. Epsilon services direct and indirect customers on a Global basis and has three primary offices in Singapore, Sofia and London and two satellite offices in Hong Kong and New York. Profitable growth is a key objective and requires close collaboration between Sales, Product, Procurement and Finance Teams. This role plays a key role in supporting this objective.

Accountabilities

  • Works with cross-functional teams to have a complete understanding of the product/service and its relevant cost component(s) to ensure price is set accurately.
  • Develop cost and pricing models working across Product and Sales on implementation of the company’s pricing strategy; compilation and analysis of cost and pricing inputs;
  • Review and manage customer price quote requests ensuring responses are timely and have appropriate approval.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to support bid submission of complex deals.
  • Effectively communicate price information changes.
  • Manage all internal and external pricing queries and resolve operational issues with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and maintain Pricelist for both internal / external distribution.
  • Collate, analyse and report on Epsilon’s pricing completeness verses other companies in the market on a regular basis – working closely with Sales, Product and Procurement as sources of competitive information.
  • Perform audit report compliance checks on a periodic basis to ensure the prices in all systems are in sync.
  • Drive and collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvement and productivity improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least four years working experience in telecommunications, managed services or similar technical services business.
  • Demonstrate good analytical, problem-solving skills and able to think strategically.
  • Have good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Cando attitude, willingness to learn, ability to multitask, flexible & hardworking.
  • Good team player and highly motivated individual.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work across time zones in a multi-cultural environment.
