Overall Job Scope

Epsilon’s Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for the design and execution of outbound marketing campaigns, tasked with providing actionable contact campaign lists for sales development representative to outreach. The role will require the management of sales development representative under direct report line. They will also facilitate insights of customer/prospect behaviour and motivations through surveys and focus groups.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute demand generation initiatives to drive new leads and nurture our existing database of leads
  • Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns (both paid and organic) across multiple channels (eg Google PPC, Social Media, inMail, Outreach) to generate pipeline.
  • Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities
  • Work with the content marketing and sales teams to develop (write, drive review process, publish) and promote marketing materials to drive awareness and interest
  • Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend
  • Analyze campaign outcomes in detail, drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision making and next steps
  • Perform research to find high-value accounts to target
  • Collaborate and contribute to the CRM platform development
  • Owner for sales enablement tools like Outreach.io/Sales Navigator/Lusha
  • Recruit, onboard and coach SDRs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B demand generation work experience, preferably in the IT or Telco industry
  • Extensive experience in the development of creative campaigns and execution of email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM, and paid digital
  • Experience in Outbound Marketing and managing SDR would be a bonus
  • Proven success in managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills
  • Excel, database and/or experience in data analysis roles
  • Inquisitive, desire to learn and dig deep for information
  • Creative and capable to build relationships with external partners, vendors with the purpose of obtaining information
