Kuok Khoon Ean
Khoon Ean is currently the Chairman of Kuok (Singapore) Limited, Singapore and a Director of Kerry Group Limited and Kerry Holdings Limited, Hong Kong. He is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd and a Non-Executive Director of Wilmar International Ltd, companies listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
Khoon Ean has served as the Chairman of Shangri-La Asia Limited from April 2008 to August 2013 and remained as a Non-Executive Director till June 2014. He was also an independent Non-Executive Director of IHH Healthcare Berhad which is listed on Bursa Malaysia from April 2012 to May 2018.
Khoon Ean was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Singapore Management University, Singapore from March 2000 to January 2005 and again from July 2006 to January 2013. He also served as a Court and Council Member of The University of Science & Technology in Hong Kong from March 2002 to July 2008.
Andrew is a founding director of Greenstone+ Ltd (formerly Greenstone Carbon Management Ltd) and was previously a non-executive director of Armajaro Trading Ltd, a global soft commodity trading house, from 2011 until 2012 when he was appointed Global Head of Commodities and one of the CEOs from January 2013 to July 2013.
Andrew has also acted as Non-Executive Director at Openfield plc, one of the UK’s largest grain marketing organisation. From 1993 to 2006, Andrew was employed at ED&F Man in a variety of senior positions including Managing Director of ED&F Man Asia, and a director of both SIS 88 Pte Ltd and Asian Blending Pte Ltd.
Kuok Meng Wei
Meng Wei is Founding Director of K2 Strategic, the Digital Infrastructure unit of the Kuok Group and Executive Director of Kuok Ventures, the corporate venture arm of Kuok Singapore Limited. He is a Non-Executive Director of AIDA technologies and previously worked at Wilmar International overseeing investments in Myanmar as Director of Wilmar Investment Holdings.
Meng Wei is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders network and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Stanford University.
Wu Long Peng
Long Peng has more than 30 years’ experience in finance and corporate affairs. He is an executive director of Kuok (Singapore) Limited, Pacific Carriers Limited and Malaysian Bulk Carriers Berhad (a company listed on Bursa Malaysia). He is also a non-executive director of Pacc Offshore Services Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Singapore Exchange) and a director of Gamma.
Long Peng is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Martin has over 20 years’ experience leading businesses within the support services, telecommunications and network, integration and service sectors. Most recently, he served as interim CEO at Multicom Security Group, Sweden’s leading provider of monitored alarm transmission services and was President and CEO of Invitel from 2004 to 2011, during which time it grew to become Hungary’s second largest fixed-line operator. Prior to Invitel, Martin was Executive Vice President of Intertek Group plc and Managing Director of Racal Telecom, a national UK alternative telecom operator and managed service provider.
Martin has a BA 1st class (hons) degree in business studies, and is a fellow of the Institute of Directors.
Robert McKenzie Falconer
INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Robert is currently a non-executive director at Singapore based Epsilon Communications and UK based NextGenAccess.
From 2003 – 2018 he was CEO of Gamma Communications plc, successfully leading the business from a start-up wholesale voice provider to a substantial innovative and disruptive player in the UK B2B telecoms sector, leading the business to a successful IPO in 2014 and a market cap in excess of £700m when he retired in 2018. Gamma won the AIM "Company of the Year" for 2017/18.
From 1994 to 2002 Robert was a Director of Racal Telecom (subsequently Global Crossing UK).
Robert is a graduate of Heriot-Watt University UK and Fellow of the IET
GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Michel joined Epsilon as Chief Executive Officer with over 20 years of experience in the IT services industry. Leading Epsilon’s global business, Michel is responsible for developing and executing the company’s growth strategy in key markets and new industry verticals.
Michel previously led Claranet’s business in the UK, Benelux and USA as well as its cybersecurity and group operations function. He spearheaded several major acquisitions and contributed to Claranet’s positioning as a leader in Gartner’s 2013 Magic Quadrant for European Managed Hosting.
