Overall Purpose of Job
Epsilon is a global telecommunications business providing network, colocation and voice services. The priority of the business is to develop its data business.
Epsilon has been acquired by South Korean telecommunications company KT Corp. on September 2021. With Epsilon’s connectivity solutions spanning cloud connectivity, ethernet(DCI), SD-WAN, colocation services and KT’s integrated telecommunications services, customers, and resources. Epsilon is looking forward to expand our presence in the global data connectivity market.
Accountabilities
- Implement and manage sales performance & pipeline reporting
- Preparation of management reports, including but not limited to weekly/monthly sales bookings report, monthly performance report, etc
- Revenue analysis, CAPEX reporting & analysis
- Win/loss analysis & product profitability analysis,
- Liaise with IS team on CRM tool & Power BI dashboards
- Other duties such as process improvement, adhoc projects as required by management
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree education with minimum 3 years working experience in similar fields preferred such as business operations, finance, or sales operations
- Experience working with large data sets and loves to work with data
- Highly skilled in Excel (including Macros & VBA), Word, databases, BI tools, web-based quote to order systems
- Strong skills in problem solving and logic
- Have good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Can do attitude, willingness to learn, ability to multitask, flexible & hardworking
- SQL knowledge a plus
- Telco experience a plus
