Overall Job Purpose

Epsilon’s Senior Manager, Content & Product Marketing is responsible for leading, overseeing and coordinating all strategic communications involving the company including its corporate identity and business offering through content, public relations, corporate comms and other business documents.

Key Responsibilities

Content Marketing

  • Responsible for planning and executing the overall comms strategy to increase awareness of the company’s messaging and alignment across business functions
  • Oversee the development of key content including blogs, eGuides/eBooks, white papers and case studies
  • Manage the creation of business documents such as corporate and product presentations, data sheet, pitch sheet and sales/marketing materials
  • Optimise content considering SEO and Google Analytics

PR and analyst relations

  • Develop the PR and analyst relations strategy and work with agencies to execute the deliverables, including press releases, media pitches, analyst briefings and executive interviews
  • Work with executive leadership to develop messaging for media & analyst engagements, speeches, and other important business activities
  • Acts as the corporate spokesperson for responding to the media and coordinating with key company spokespersons for media opportunities
  • Develop editorial calendar, work with relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met

Product Marketing

  • Understand the competitive landscape, know their offerings, strategies and positioning
  • Conduct market intelligence and understand customers’ requirements by obtaining insights through primary/secondary data and through interviews, surveys and focus groups
  • Collaborate with product management to develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions
  • Plan the launches of new products and enhancement of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in marketing or business.
  • Total work experience between 7 – 10 years with at least 5 years of relevant Public Relations working experience either from PR agency or MNC Company in Singapore market is desirable.
  • Telecommunication experience is preferred
  • Completed Tertiary Education.
  • Experience in dealing with Public Relations agency (Project managed from start to end).
  • Excellent in English communication e.g. Writing and Editing.
  • Good team player and adaptable to fast pace environment.
